Arjun Reddy fame Vijay Deverakonda is definitely going places. While he will be seen in a pan India film like Liger, the actor will now feature alongside the pretty actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The two of them will be coming together for an epic romantic comedy. The makers of them recently gave their fans a glimpse of this rom-com by unveiling the first look poster of the film on May 16 and the film has been titled Khushi.
Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the makers of Khushi also announced the theatrical release date for the film. The film is expected to hit the big screens during winters, on the December 23. The makers unveiled the same along with the first look poster. The first look poster features Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu with a vibrant vibe to it. While Devarakonda’s fashion looks LIT and trendy, Samantha can be seen in a quintessential ethnic avatar as their clothes are tied in a nuptial knot.

Speaking about the poster, a source close to the film said, “We wanted the poster to give out the vibe of Khushi which is going to be a really happy colourful Romance. What we also wanted to focus on was the sparkling chemistry between the lead pair, Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha.”
Besides Vijay Devarakonda, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Khushi also stars Jayaram, Sachin Khedakar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, Saranya among others. Written and directed by Shiva Nirvana, the film will be releasing in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on the December 23, 2022.
