Kriti Sanon pens a note after watching Sushant Singh Rajput’s Dil Bechara - "It’s not ‘seri’"

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who recently passed away on June 14, starred in Dil Bechara that released on Friday on OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar. The highly awaited film paid tribute to Sushant as fans got to witness their favourite actor for one last time.

Kriti Sanon, who worked with Sushant in the 2017 film Raabta and was a close friend, took to Instagram to share the last clip from the film which was a tribute to the late actor. It's not Seri! And it will never sink in..This broke my heart..again..????????,” wrote Kriti.

“In Manny, I saw YOU come alive in so so many moments.. i knew exactly where you had put in a bit of yourself in the character.And as always, your most magical bits were your silences.. those bits where you said nothing and yet u said so much," she further wrote.

Kriti Sanon further applauded Mukesh Chhabra for his debut. “@castingchhabra I know this film will always mean a lot more to you than what we had thought.. you made us feel too many emotions in your first!,” wrote the actor.

Dil Bechara, which has been adapted from John Green’s novel The Fault In Our Stars, is a remake of the Hollywood movie with the same name that originally starrer Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort. It marked the debut of casting director Mukesh Chhabra as the director. Sanjana Sanghi, who was seen in Rockstar, finally bagged a leading role in this film.
