Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor are presently promoting their upcoming release Street Dancer 3D in full swing. The film revolves around two dancers, from India and Pakistan respectively, taking their rivalry to the dance floor. Staying true to the film's name, the makers also began a lookout for some of India's best street dancers, one month back.
The hunt spanned across 18 cities in India, and the response was overwhelming. Thousands of entries came in, and it was indeed difficult to choose winners from such amazingly talented dancers. Last night, as nearly 3000 people cheered, the grand finale took place in presence of Varun and Shraddha, and the winners were rewarded. We also saw the actors shaking a leg with the participants. Isn't that so cool?
The actors are also set to visit the Indian Idol sets today, to promote their film. They were in a multi-city promotional tour prior to this. We saw both Varun and Shraddha joining the kite flying festival in Ahmedabad.
Street Dancer 3D, directed by Remo D'Souza, also stars Prabhu Dheva in a pivotal role, and will release on January 24, 2020.
